Science and Religion
A blog about science (mostly physics) and religion. No, there will be no attempt to reconcile the two, so it could have been named "Science versus Religion", with a clear emphasis on which one is going to win.

"Our Mathematical Universe" by Max Tegmark is the only hard-copy book that I've bought in a very long time, just so that I can put it on my shelf where my colleagues can see it. A truly fascinating read, if you're interested in science and are open to new ideas.

Hi, this is my first post (and my first blog). To set things straight, I'm not a scientist, but I'm interested in physics, especially quantum mechanics and cosmology. I have a mathematical background, but I'm not going to post any formulas here. I'm also an atheist, so some of my posts may appear offensive to religious people. If you're easily offended, don't read any further. OK, let's get down to business!
